Receptionist (Part-Time)

Are you a warm, organized, and professional individual with a passion for supporting mental health services? Stillwater Therapy is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and friendly voice for our clients in need of therapy and mental health support.

Type: Part-time

Rate: $20-$22/hr

Offering a work-life balance with flexible hours for children and other personal commitments

 Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide them with a welcoming experience.

Manage scheduling, client intake, and appointment reminders.

Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries. 

Tidying the office and stocking supplies

Maintain accurate records and confidential client information.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Familiarity with Jane App scheduling software.

Previous experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is an asset.

Experience:

Must have experience working in private practice and familiarity with Jane App software

Qualifications:

Minimum of Masters Degree, Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist or Psychotherapist.

Member of Regulatory Body

Modalities:

Training in modalities such as EMDR and other therapeutic techniques is highly desirable
