About Holly
Holly is a passionate and empathetic practicum student currently completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Her approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and respect for diversity, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. She is thrilled to be gaining practical experience at Stillwater Therapy, where she will be working under the guidance and supervision of our experienced clinicians.
With a solid foundation in therapeutic practices and a genuine passion for helping others, Holly focuses on areas such as anxiety & depression, stress & time management, relationship dynamics, self-esteem, as well as attachment & parenting challenges. She is devoted to creating a nurturing environment where clients can confidently explore their challenges and achieve personal growth.
In addition to her academic and practicum work, Holly has over 12 years of experience in education as a Teacher and School Counsellor. This background has shaped her counselling approach, highlighting the importance of truly listening to someone’s story and the profound impact it can have on their sense of being understood and valued.
