Allison is a devoted practicum student pursuing her Master’s in Counselling Psychology, with a deep commitment to supporting others on their paths to healing. She is dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment where clients feel heard and valued, allowing them to openly share their thoughts and emotions. Allison’s therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients uncover their inner strengths and build resilience to face life’s challenges.

With nearly 15 years of experience as a teacher and school counsellor, Allison brings a wealth of insight to her practice. Her drive to help others stems from a genuine desire to see them thrive despite adversity. Allison believes in the transformative power of a positive therapeutic relationship, where trust and empathy are central to growth and healing. She is excited to collaborate with the experienced team at Stillwater Therapy to support clients on their journey to well-being.
