About Rebecca

Hi, I’m Rebecca!

I’m a Registered Psychologist with a treatment focus on trauma, relationship issues, and disordered eating.

I have lived in Fort McMurray since 2001 and recently moved my psychology practice from Maxwell Medical to Stillwater Therapy to be close enough to walk to work!

Aside from therapy, a fun fact about me is that I started my career as a dental hygienist. I still love teeth and occasionally help out in the dental office.

I love reading a good novel.

I expect to spend the rest of my life learning. For me, life is about growth and development.

I’m curious and want to understand what makes people do what they do.

I have always been an athlete and know that for me, I’m a better version of myself when I move my body. I find being outside soothes my soul. I love finding ways to explore and appreciate nature.

My relationships matter to me and are the source of great personal satisfaction.
